Embroidery

Embroidery - The technique of decorating a garment with needlework.

Whether a rich tapestry gracing the walls of a medieval castle or a simple logo stitched on a golf shirt, nothing sets a garment apart like the luxuriant look and texture of embroidery.

And with modern techniques, like in-house digitizing of a design and our multi-head machinery, today's embroidery couldn't be easier.

Your corporate logo or message gains instant recognition when presented in this classic way. We have a wide variety of quality merchandise for you to choose from, including hats, jackets, golf accessories, and of course, shirts.

If you don't speak computerese, don't worry. Our in house art department can transform anything from a napkin doodle (preferably a clean napkin) to a photograph into a usable form. But if you are so inclined to provide us with production quality art, see below for requirements.

Vector Based Images (.AI, .CDR, .EPS, .FH)
The best format to submit vector art files in either an Adobe Illustrator .EPS or an Adobe Illustrator .AI. We can also accept CorelDRAW (.CDR) and Freehand (.FHD) files. All text must be converted to curves, this will ensure there are no issues with missing fonts. All artwork, lines and strokes should also be collapsed to outlines to avoid any compatibility issues between different software programs and versions. Files should be in CMYK format with any appropriate spot colors if needed. Please do not submit art with externally linked files, embed any art directly in the master file.

Raster (Bitmap) Based Images (.TIF, .PSD, .JPG, .BMP)
The best way to submit raster based images is either as a .TIF or a master .PSD with the layers intact (do not flatten your layers). We will also accept .JPG or .BMP files, but these are "lossy" file types and you may loose some image quality. File resolution should be no less than 200 DPI at the actual size they need to be printed. Any type should be rasterized to avoid missing font issues.

All Other Art
For any non electronic art, make sure your sample is clean, flat and free of wrinkles, smudges, etc that may cause issues when scanning.

File Delivery
Files can be submitted on CD, Zip Disk or by emailing them directly to your sales rep.
